I can’t say enough good things about Ella Shekhter and the team at Politis & Matovina, P.A. For a long time, I had been fighting to resolve and seal an old matter so I could move forward with my life and continue being a productive member of my community. My case involved coordination with the Orange County Clerk of Court, which turned into a much longer and more complicated process than anyone expected. Even though the case was outside their usual county, Ella and her team still took it on and gave me a chance. The process with Orange County ended up being extremely drawn out and difficult from the very beginning. Honestly, it was probably the last case they will ever take out of Orange County because of how complicated it became. But despite all of that, they never gave up on me. Did not have to lift a finger! I went through two firms before Politis & Matovina. This law firm HANDLED my medical bills. In excess of $45,000... got them down to a total covered by my PIP, a few written off completely, and I think I was only out of pocket a $700 balance out of my settlement. Diane, my case manager, was on top of all my negotiations, helpful anytime I needed her, and patient. She did ALL the work. It was so nice to have the weight off me, worry free. I also received a check for damaged items in my car promptly in the first weeks taking them on, long before my case was even over. I was treated like family and I could reach my team anytime I needed.
