Our Daytona Beach Community Events
Our team of Daytona Beach personal injury attorneys at Politis & Matovina, P.A. are participating and sponsoring some of our community’s great charity and fundraiser events. We are excited for this month’s line-up and hope to see you there.
March 2019 Events:
March 2nd: Spruce Creek High School Academy of Finance 19th Annual Golf Tournament. We are a Silver Hole Sponsor for this event. Funds raised during this event are used to provide scholarship opportunities, educational enhancements, off campus learning opportunities, and community involvement and re-investment.
March 8th-17th: 78th Annual Bike Week
March 14th: Halifax Humane Society’s Ruff Ride. We are the Presenting Sponsors. Registration is $25 in advance or $30 on-site. Registration includes a limited-edition t-shirt, one poker hand, a barbeque dinner & drink at the Iron Horse Saloon with prizes awarded for best and worst hands.
March 16th: 4th Annual Shamrock & Roll Beach 5k & Saint Patty Paws Beach 2k. We are the Title Sponsors for this event. There are 84 categories and 2 overall plaques. All four-legged “runners” will receive bandanas, and all 2-legged runners will receive t-shirts. Registration begins at 8:00am, the 5k race begins at 9:00am and 2k at 9:15am.
March 30th: P&M Poker Run “Bikers Against Breast Cancer”. The event benefits the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 2019 Campaign. The first 250 participants will receive free swag. There will be a 50/50 raffle, barbeque dinner, entertainment, and awards at the last stop of the ride.
